BLACK cab fares in the capital are going up and could rise again as early as next January. From April 5, London taxi fares will increase by an average of 0.7%, Transport for London (TfL) announced today. Nissan lets us in on its Tokyo motor show plans on Thursday. The company will bring a handful of new and wild concept cars to the show, along with some old favorites like the GT-R and 370Z.
